Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at azontouk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.
