Azonto UK – Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery Standard delivery: 5–10 business days We ship across the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
International Delivery We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
EU orders are shipped from the UK. Customers may be subject to import duties or VAT upon delivery depending on their country. Delivery times to EU countries are typically 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at azontouk@gmail.com and we'll investigate as a priority.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Azonto UK cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
